doctor365.in is committed to ensuring the accurate processing of medicines, products, lab tests, appointments, and doctor365.in services as per the order and prescription, with the aim of delivering them in pristine condition to our customers. We advise our customers to thoroughly inspect their items upon delivery or verify service bookings to ensure satisfaction with their order.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure that the products and services you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you encounter any of the following issues with your order, please notify User Support immediately within 7 days of receiving the products or accessing the service for prompt resolution:
- Incomplete order
- Expired product
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product
- Technical issues with doctor365.in services
- Issues with lab test bookings or appointments
Please note that we will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Certain products and services may be classified as non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to check whether a product or service falls under the returnable or non-returnable category before placing an order.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at 9031013315 or via email, providing your order number and any other required details.
- Our dedicated team will verify your return request within 72 business hours.
- Once verified, our team will arrange for the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packed in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product(s).
Refund Policy
We strive to satisfy customers to the best of our abilities. However, in certain cases, we may charge a re-stocking fee without prior notice. After deducting the re-stocking fee, the refund will be generated to the customer.
For doctor365.in-related purchases, refunds will only be granted if there is a service failure, an unfulfilled service, or an issue covered under our doctor365.in terms.
For lab tests and appointment bookings, refunds will be processed as credits to the user’s wallet in the following cases:

It is important to note that we may only accept return requests for products that are in original, unused condition, have not been damaged or mistreated, show no signs of use, scratches, wear or tear, and are in a condition suitable for resale as new.
Mode of Refund
- Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
- Wallet: Refunds should be available within 2-3 working days.
- COD Orders: Users must send an email to support or call 9031013315 to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed to the wallet or a bank account, for which users must provide their bank details.
- doctor365.in Services & Lab Tests/Appointments: If a refund is applicable for lab tests, or appointment bookings, it will be processed as a credit to the user’s wallet, which can be used for future bookings. For medicine or other product purchases, the refund will be credited to your bank account, or our team will contact you for further processing.

Simply email us your order details along with the reason for the refund request to initiate the process.
Cancellation Policy
Users have the option to cancel their orders until the shipment of the order is created. If a user wishes to cancel their order before shipment, they can do so by logging into their account and navigating to the "My Orders" section. From there, they can cancel the order directly.
For product-related transactions, users can cancel a service request before the service has been initiated. Once a service is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
For lab tests and appointment bookings:
- Users may cancel their lab test or appointment before the scheduled time to receive a full refund in their wallet.
- If cancellation occurs after the service has been initiated, refunds may not be applicable.
Cancellation Process
- If the shipment has already been created but the user still wishes to cancel the order, they must contact us via email at support or by calling 9031013315. Our customer support team will assist in processing the cancellation request.
- For doctor365.in service and lab test/appointment cancellations, users must reach out to our support team for assistance before the service starts.
It is important to note that once the shipment has been created, a doctor365.in service has been initiated, or a lab test/appointment has begun, the cancellation process may vary, and users are encouraged to reach out to us promptly to facilitate the cancellation process. We strive to accommodate our customers' requests to the best of our abilities while ensuring a seamless experience.
